Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours in return.

We operate mainly by appointment to cater to a busy lifestyle.

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Late changes/cancellations will be subject to a non-transferable fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Services modified within 24 hours of the appointment start time is at the discretion of the business.

All guests who cancel within an hour of the appointment start time or whom “no call/no show” to any appointment will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

Refund Requests are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving  late will be honored at Ritual Grooming’s  discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
